Itinerary
Day 1.- Choquequirao Viewpoint and Chinchaysuyo Tour
On this day, we will pick you up from your hotel at 7:00 a.m.
Our first stop will be Quillarumiyoc, known as the Temple of Fertility and the Moon, where we will explore this enigmatic archaeological site.
Next, we’ll head to Tarawasi, located in the community of Limatambo, where you’ll see one of the best-preserved Inca ceremonial platforms.
Afterward, we’ll enter the Apurímac region to visit the Saywite Archaeological Complex, home to the largest known Inca carved model in white granite.
Following our visit, we’ll enjoy a delicious box lunch with breathtaking views of the snow-capped Padreyoc mountain.
We will then continue for about two hours in our private vehicle to the community of Kiñualla, where we will spend the night.
Day 2.- Choquequirao Viewpoint and Chinchaysuyo Tour Itinerary
Kiunualla – Conoc – Cusco
On this day, after a delicious breakfast, we will head to the Bears and Condors Lookout, where we’ll enjoy the best panoramic view of the Apurímac Canyon and the Choquequirao Citadel.
From this viewpoint, using binoculars, we’ll have the opportunity to admire the beauty of this remarkable Inca site and the second deepest canyon in the world.
We will then return to the town of Kiñualla for lunch, before beginning our journey back to Cusco.
On the way, we’ll make a stop at the Conoc hot springs to relax.
We expect to arrive back in Cusco around 6:00 p.m.
