Machu Picchu Full Day Tour

The tour involves moderate walking on uneven stone paths. However, because you have a private guide, the pace is entirely up to you. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know so we can secure tickets for the more accessible circuits (such as Circuit 3) to ensure a comfortable visit.

You must bring your original Passport (or ID card for South American citizens). Digital copies or photos are not accepted at the Machu Picchu entrance. The information on your document must match your entry ticket exactly.

Machu Picchu is located in a cloud forest. The weather is unpredictable and can change from bright sunshine to rain in minutes. We recommend dressing in layers and always carrying a lightweight rain poncho, regardless of the season.

Large suitcases are not permitted on the trains or inside the archaeological site. You are allowed one small backpack (up to 20L / 5kg). Most hotels in Cusco offer free luggage storage, or you can use the storage lockers at the Ollantaytambo station.
