Our first visit will be to the archaeological site of Quillarumiyoc, known as the Temple of the Moon. Next, we will explore the Usnu of Tarawasi, an important Inca ceremonial platform. Our third visit will be to the Inca model of Saywite, located in the Apurímac region. We will have lunch at this site before continuing to our camp in the Kiunualla community.     We set off at 6:00 AM for a three-hour trek toward the river. Afterward, we begin the four-hour ascent to the Choquequirao archaeological zone. We will pause for a boxed lunch while taking in the stunning views of the Apurimac Grand Canyon.
